The 2024 Jeep Wrangler sports a new look, flashes new technology, and comes with a higher starting price of $33,690, Jeep announced Thursday. All vehicle prices listed include the $1,795 destination fee.
The redesigned 2024 Jeep Wrangler costs $700 more than the 2023 model, but a new base trim on the 2024 Wrangler 4xe lowers the starting price of the plug-in hybrid by $4,740.
Four-door versions cost $4,000 more than the two-door variants standard on Sport, Sport S, Willys, Rubicon, and Rubicon X models. The Sahara and bruising Rubicon 392 come only with four doors.
Most Wranglers feature a blacked-out seven-slot grille and 10 new wheel designs, but the big change comes inside with a big 12.3-inch touchscreen standard. It stretches horizontally in line with the dash, so sightlines won’t be blocked. Below it are thin vents and familiar climate dials and buttons.

Four propulsion choices return, but the turbodiesel is not one of them. The base powertrain is a 3.6-liter V-6 that makes 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, but it comes with a 6-speed manual transmission. Sahara and above grades can swap in an 8-speed automatic for an extra $2,500.
If you want the 8-speed automatic on Sport, Sport S, and Willys grades, Jeep will pair it with a 2.0-liter turbo-4 that makes 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft. Add $2,500 to the prices listed below.
Standard gear includes Dana solid front and rear axles, a 2-speed transfer case, 17-inch steel wheels with 32-inch tires, fog lights, and an antenna integrated into the windshield.
The $33,690 Sport comes with the 12.3-inch touchscreen and a soft top. Jeep equips every Wrangler with more airbags, including side curtain airbags for both rows of seats this year. But for active safety features such as forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control, Jeep expects you to step up to the Sport S.
For $37,190, the Wrangler Sport S adds a tougher, lighter Gorilla glass windshield, keyless entry, automatic headlights, power doors and locks.
The Willys grade ratchets up the off-road ability with 33-inch all-terrain tires, an increased ground clearance from 9.7 to 10.8 inches, rock rails, a locking rear differential, a trailer tow package, LED headlights and fog lights, all-weather floor mats, and an available Xtreme off-road package. The 2024 Willys two-door starts at $41,190, which is also $700 more than last year.

Sold only with four doors, the Sahara costs $49,620 but it includes the 8-speed automatic with the turbo-4. LEDs come standard on every exterior point. Inside it comes with heated seats and a heated steering wheel. It rides on 18-inch wheels with 32-inch tires and represents the most urbane—or suburbane—Wrangler.
A High Altitude model exclusive to the 4xe powertrain runs $68,790 and has Jeep’s fancy stuff, such as a power top, acoustic glass, nappa leather upholstery, 12-way power front seats, a premium Alpine sound system
There are three Rubicon models that range from the peerless when it comes to off-roading to the ludicrous with the Rubicon 392 and its monstrous 6.4-liter V-8 that makes 470 hp and 470 lb-ft. It tops the chart at a whopping $89,390.

Meanwhile, Jeep expands the offerings of the four-door Wrangler 4xe from Willys, Sahara, High Altitude, and Rubicon trims in 2023 to six trims total for 2024. A new entry-level Sport S and top-end Rubicon X bookend the 4xe offerings at prices of $51,790 to start and $70,880 for the 4xe Rubicon X. Every 4xe adds a battery and motor to the turbo-4 to generate 375 hp and 470 lb-ft, with plug-in range of 21 miles.
Orders are open now for the 2024 Jeep Wrangler, with deliveries expected late this summer.
